Refund and Returns Policy

At Weavr.store, we take pride in delivering quality custom apparel. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right.

1. What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

We’ll replace your order at no extra cost if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The jersey or apparel is not as per your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or print)

To request a replacement:

  1. Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package
  2. Contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  3. Share the unboxing video and order details with our support team

⚠️ Please note: We cannot process exchanges or replacements without an unboxing video clearly showing the defect at the time of unboxing.


2. What products are not eligible for exchange?

  • Jerseys or apparel that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests made after 2 days from the date of delivery
  • Products with defects not shown in the submitted unboxing video

3. How to prepare your order for reverse pickup

If your replacement request is approved:

  1. Ensure the jersey is in its original condition
  2. Keep all tags and labels attached
  3. Pack the product securely in the original Weavr.store packaging

Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address once the request is confirmed.


4. Refunds

As most of our products are custom-made to order, refunds are not generally offered.
However, if a replacement cannot be processed due to stock or production limitations, we may issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
